This post has made me want to quit soda completely:
The thing is that I don't really drink soda that much. Sweetened drinks, yes, but not really soda. However, when I try to quit something altogether, the fact that it is forbidden makes me crave it even more and then I go overboard on it.
Have any of you sucessfully quit soda? Does sparkling water also lead to bloating? I thought sparkling water was supposed to help alleviate bloating.
